Positive affirmations are positive statements which are designed to gently shape the subconscious into a more positive form. This practice is being used by all sorts of different practitioners and their clients. They are seeing this as a potentially astounding practice. Many individuals state that positive affirmations have the capability to heal the hurt done by negative talk that takes place both from within our own minds and from the mouths of others.
As with any therapy, the willingness and belief of the individual to embrace positive affirmations increases the likelihood that these affirmations will make a positive impact! We simply cannot make anyone do anything they don't want to do. ;-)

How to Implement the Practicing of your Affirmations.
It’s important to accept that the effectiveness of affirmations depends on your commitment & dedication to practicing on a consistent basis. The internalized belief of the affirmation will become easier over time. If you speak with loving kindness and implement the affirmations above within your daily speech with other then ....you are already practicing affirmations.
Try to embrace and accept that each and every word you speak is an affirmation. Affirmations help us to consciously flip the switch in the mind, and begin speaking & leading in the new positive direction that we truly desire to travel.
Make affirmations a daily routine in order to achieve maximum benefits. The more consistency is applied to your affirmations the faster they can assist you in achieving your goals. Consistency with affirmations can also assist in relieving nervousness, self doubt, and other issues faster. It is important to be gentle with yourself. Do them as often as you can. Remember, like anything, it always appears to be harder in the beginning and then gets easier and easier. Before you know it, they are a part of your daily rituals.
